here is the update…
DAY 1
~ there was 2x today that i felt a little hungry and both times i took a large glass of water and it filled me up….
~ so i m allowing as much love to run through me and spread where its needed most
good luck sister! I tried a 24 hour fast a few weeks ago and had a difficult time. I think I could be hypoglycemic though. I'd love to read about your progress.
why are you fasting? health reasons? cleansing? political? just curious.

hehe I did that once - six days… the food tasted sooooooooooo good after
DAY 2
almost time to bed. i made a 2nd day. it was easier then yesterday even though i m more tired now then i was last night. glad i m doing it. its a challenge together with a flow… like surfing… and i m on the big wave now and got to make it till the end without falling into water…

hey marcellina… thanks for the love… received… sending u tons right back… the reasons… never really have any… it was a feeling couple of weeks ago and i teamed up with christopher… and only now zillions of things r popping up including all those ? marks of yours…. i may write something when i m done and i'll share it with u… ok…

wow… made another day… its really cool i must say… the whole afternoon i haven't been hungry at all… this morning actually i wasn't hungry either but i felt very exhausted… and then somehow gained energy…. interesting i must say… anyway… off to bed soon….

Hey girl, how are you? Are you full of light & high as a kite? I'll bet!
I have done three days water/green tea fast three times in my life, 3 day juice fast three times and once I did three juice days followed by two water days, best fast ever. My normal cycle is a fast of at least 3 days a year. If I have to go to work,. its juice.
Get some sleep & when you eat, eat tiny, at least 1st day.

DAY 4
hey CalmEagle… thanks for you support and advise for eating after… love uuu…. yes i had also experience with juice fast and i was never hungry or tired…. with water i find it totally different…. somehow makes me reflact tons of things….. like body cleansing as well as mind….
anyway… today was the easiest day of all… i wasn't hungry nor thrsty the whole morning… and took a glass of water around 2pm… and then another one maybe couple of hrs later… and thats it… no need for anything else…. i find it real amusing…
princess - drink that love water - just imagine its like soup - each particle is filled with universal substance - can fill you up -
says me (LOL) - maybe i'll try a chai tea fast - i'll gather up some courage and let you know when it begins.

DAY 5 ~ The FINAL Day
i m exhausted… like completely… nevertheless i made it and its an accomplishment…. also what really kept me going is my own commitment… i will write more about the whole experience a little later… right now i can hardly type so i need to gain some energy….
so again i love u all for supporting me and it definitely helps when u know there is someone out there who thinks of u and send u love…

I have been on fruitjuice fasts but just water that is hard. I suppose it makes it easier if one thinks about the many staving children in the world. I could try it but 5 days I think I fail.
